Dedicating our time & efforts to facilitate computer literacy or attempt to provide the software, hardware or accessories local students (or adults) in need. These items are intended to assist in the students or adults to complete assigned homework or projects. Students in need must be enrolled in a St. George SC public school, live in Dorchester County, be between the ages of 10-16, handwrite a letter of request, and have maintained a B average for at least 1 semester OR have 3 teacher reference letters. Adults (ages 17+) please review what you may qualify for below. All of our supplies are either purchased by our families, donated by local businesses or are purchased by the financial portions of sales we have made through services we provide on our website. We are not gifted with grants, listed as non-profits, or benefit from any source of financial funding - this effort is completely organized & funded by two local families attempting to bring our community together to help our kids & citizens! • Software (Shareware or Freeware) CD provided with installment instructions *Hand written request letter with mailing address that is within Dorchester Dist4. please specify: Office / Virus Protection / Both • Jump Drive with minimum 512mb of memory *Hand written request letter providing: mailing address within Dorchester Dist4, Child's name, age & school *If you are an adult in need, submit your handwritten letter with local mailing address - we will try and fulfill your need as our supplies allow us. • Computer Accessories (mouse, keyboard or speakers) *Hand written request letter providing: your address within Dorchester Dist4, Child's name, age & school. *If you are an adult in need, submit your handwritten letter with local mailing address - we will try and fulfill your need as our supplies allow us. (Adults are able to qualify for mouse or keyboard or both) • Desktop PC or Monitor or Both *Handwritten request letter stating your need and please provide: Student’s age, grade & home address. Students School The parent/guardian address & contact information The Students GPA – Permission in request letter to verify GPA with School OR Reference Letters From 3 Teachers (this will information will be verified) Accessories, PC’s & Monitor PICK-UP: Once we have processed your information & have your equipment ready your appointment will be made. We will want to meet the student & parent/guardian at the student’s school so you can pick up your equipment. Adults: an appointment will be made at a public location for you to pick up your equipment. IF YOU FAIL to keep your appointment your items will be given to the next person in line. • Adults: Resume assistance is provided on a bi-weekly basis please contact me for an appointment time & the items/information you will need to bring.
